Order Processing Times

Orders are processed usually 24 hours after they are placed. During seasonal times like holidays and Black Friday, order processing times can take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we process your order. 

 

Shipping Times

We currently ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. We currently ship to both the United States, to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii, and Canada. We hope to expand in 2022. 

• Orders in the United States are expected to arrive 3-5 business days after order is processed. 
• Orders shipped to Canada are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days or possibly earlier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If orders qualify for free shipping, it will be calculated before order is submitted. 

Returns, exchanges and lost orders

If an item is eligible for a refund or return, contact support@smiffette.com and a shipping label will be emailed to you. 

All sales items are final and ineligible for a return. 

In the event of a lost order, SMIFFETTE will attempt to trace delivery and refund full payment if the item was not deemed delivered. If an item was deemed delivered, no refund can be granted. 

If an item is damaged upon delivery, the item is may be eligible for exchange of same exact item or if not in stock, a full refund.
